Aimara has been very attentive to my care. I’ve had some really rough spots and she’s been a great help ! This practice is well coordinated with my counselor as well. Staff is always happy and helpful, too!

They have good availability, all the providers I've seen have been great, they have the flexibility of in person and telehealth visits. I've only been seeing them for a couple months but so far it's been great. Update been seeing them for almost 5 months all is still well. They are quick to get authorization in if your medication requires it. I feel heard and understood.
The care has been good, I feel heard, although I have now had 4 associates in 4 years for my care. The reason for 4 stars is the difficulty in getting prescriptions sent in a timely manner to the pharmacy and getting in touch with someone at the office to have this taken care of. Most often it is 2-3 days before a script is sent and taken care of after the appointment. If there is a denial of a prescription it can be up to a week to have someone to talk to and get the insurance straightened out.
I have been using The Psych clinic with Dr. Ahmed for years. I started out with him, then moved over to Mrs. Ann until she retired and now I have Michelle. Even though sometimes I do have to use someone different when she is not available, she leaves great notes for the next doctor to use.
I have been with the PsyClinic for about 20 years now. Thumbs up to Autumn Hirrill. She is really involved in my treatment and does not hesitate to bring Dr. Ahmed into the appointments if she feels it is necessary. This is very important to me. Dr. Ahmed and his team went above and beyond to obtain a necessary medication for me that was beyond my reach. My experience all the years has been positive and helpful as I have struggled along a difficult path. Dr. Ahmed as always 👍👍👍👍👍 thumbs up and thank you!!
My experience at The PsyClinic in Webster, TX has been phenomenal! From the warm welcome of Jeri and Jessica at the entrance, to the positivity and professionalism of other staff members (like Ms. Esmeralda, Regina and Zamira), I have to say that the surrounding care of this office is top notch. The therapists, Jennifer and Freida, work in sync with the providers to maximize care. Ms. Beaupre and Mr. Farmer show me that they are providers who truly care and support the mental health of each and every patient. I highly recommend that you visit this practice for your behavioral health needs.
I've been coming here for over 10 years. Dr Ahmed and all the staff are very understanding and helpful. The TMS treatment was very beneficial and the staff makes everyone feel welcome. If you need a therapist, I highly recommend Jennifer. She is super helpful and understanding. If you need to speak to Dr. Ahmed personally, all you have to do is ask to speak to him or have an appointment with him. He tends to be very busy, but checking in personally would be very helpful. Otherwise, I like it here! Staff have really improved and are much more friendly and helpful. For those who have had negative experiences, I am truly sorry. I have been coming here for over 10 years for Autism and ADHD needs as well as depression, and my experiences personally were not negative. Michelle was a very helpful practitioner and is really good at her job. It is true that I didn't speak to Dr. Ahmed personally that much, but it was only when I needed to. Michelle and Jennifer were definitely very helpful as were the staff that handled the TMS. Yes, the TMS treatment is expensive and is only recommended for those who really need it, but if you can afford it and really feel like your depression is getting out of hand, I highly recommend it. My experience personally was not a negative one. In fact, I highly recommend the Psyclinic, especially the Webster location. Staff may have been a bit neutral in the past, but the staff at the front desk lately have been very friendly and very helpful, treating everyone with respect and a positive attitude. Seeing them at least makes me feel a bit of joy inside and makes my day feel a bit better. This clinic is improving and I highly recommend you at least try them. They may not be for everyone, but they are definitely for me!

I absolutely love the Webster psyclinic. From the ladies who check me in to my TMS provider, psychiatrist and Justin Farmer. Out of the 25 years of continual findings of different providers and Clinics that have without failed to actually provide comfort, trust and care. This has been the best experience of my life. If you are looking for a place to be a permanent solution to caring for your needs in professionalism and personal, this is the place too come to. Finally I have doctor's and providers and all staff who actually listen to me, hear me out like a person and take action to help me heal and daily maintenance of care. Dr. Ahmed came highly recommended to me by my therapist and I am so thankful I found him. He insists on talking to patients for their first visit and it felt like talking to a Dad. I liked him so much and felt so understood that my daughter and a good friend started seeing him as well. I had a horrible experience with a doctor before him and they had me all messed up on stimulants. Ahmed is the only one that actually listened to what was going on with me and worked on a plan to truly help me. I'm not sure why so many negative reviews, but I have to say, I truly had the best experience and cannot thank this Dr. enough.
I was really nervous about meeting the Doctor virtually. I have struggled with ADHD for many years and not seen a doctor for it. Dr. Ahmed was very nice and very helpful with developing a specific plan that will meet my needs. I really liked him and liked the virtual visit as well. It was a lot better than expected. I want to thank my friend for the referral.
